Works included

• Working with KEK to prepare the technical specifications for the electromagnetic separator that was being replaced. This included the working specifications as well as the physical dimensioning for the EM separator by calculating all limitations that the location had.
• Works included also the removal of the old electromagnetic separator in from the second floor of the separator building. The new separator manufactured from WAMAG spol. S.R.O from Czech Republic, had to be winched 20 meters and put into location on the same position as the old one.
• Delivery of the separator was done in time according to the dynamic plan presented to KEK. EM separator was delivered together with the belt and the control unit.
• Installation of EM separator, putting the separator in the correct location, alignment, installing all I&C equipment and starting up. All done by EKOINVEST engineers.
