Scope of Work:

• Collaborating with our partner, we meticulously crafted the technical offer for the replacement of the electromagnetic separator. This involved outlining the working specifications and determining the physical dimensions of the electromagnetic separator. The process also included a thorough calculation of all limitations imposed by the specific location, ensuring a precise and tailored solution for the project. The attention to detail in the technical offer reflects our commitment to delivering effective and customized solutions for electromagnetic separator replacement
• The project involved the removal of the old electromagnetic separator situated on the second floor of the separator building. The intricate task included carefully dismantling and extracting the outdated equipment. Subsequently, the new electromagnetic separator, sourced from WAMAG spol. S.R.O in the Czech Republic, was hoisted 20 meters and precisely positioned in the same location as its predecessor. This meticulous process ensured a seamless transition from the old to the new separator, demonstrating our proficiency in handling complex equipment replacement projects
• The timely delivery of the electromagnetic (EM) separator adhered to the dynamic plan outlined for Kosovo Energy Corporation J.S.C. The EM separator, along with the accompanying belt and control unit, was efficiently transported and received according to the specified schedule. This punctual delivery underscores our commitment to meeting project timelines and ensuring that all essential components are available as planned, contributing to the overall success of the project for Kosovo Energy Corporation J.S.C.
• The installation of the electromagnetic (EM) separator was seamlessly executed by EKOINVEST engineers. Our skilled team ensured the precise placement of the separator in its designated location, meticulously aligning it to meet specifications. Additionally, our engineers handled the installation of all instrumentation and control (I&C) equipment, overseeing the entire startup process.
