DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF THE 31.5 MVA 110/36.75/6.3 kV SPECIAL TRANSMISSION TRANSFORMER

Scope of Work:

Collaborating with our esteemed partner, we meticulously crafted the technical offer for the replacement transformer, taking into account precise working specifications and ensuring compatibility with the location’s constraints. This collaborative effort reflects our dedication to providing comprehensive solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each project
Efficiently managing the intricate process of old transformer removal, our team skillfully handled a unit weighing over 140 metric tons. The meticulous relocation to KEK’s designated storage area was executed with precision. Subsequently, we dedicated ourselves to preparing the site for the seamless installation of the new transformer, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal operational conditions
Punctually adhering to our dynamic plan, we successfully delivered the transformer along with essential components such as bushings, Buchholz relays, oil, and temperature indicators. This meticulous coordination ensured the timely availability of all crucial elements for the installation, facilitating a swift and efficient project timeline
Our adept team at EKOINVEST efficiently carried out the installation of the transformer, seamlessly placing it into its designated location. Additionally, our engineers skillfully installed all instrumentation and control (I&C) equipment, ensuring a comprehensive and successful startup. The meticulous execution of these tasks reflects our commitment to precision and proficiency in every stage of the project
